Léa Perret, France's Best Young Cellar Operator 2022, has become the ambassador for the new range of ageing cellars: Apogée. She explains why these innovative, remote-controlled cellars won her over.
Hello Léa, can you tell us why the APOGEE range is so special to you?
At the last SIRHA trade show in Lyon, I discovered the modern, rounded design and remote control functions (temperature, lighting, alarms) of the Apogée range of wine cellars. It's a wine cellar that catches the eye with its distinctive design. Its vintage look and black color add a distinctive ambience to any interior.
What's more, the cellar's shelves make you want to go and discover the wine bottles arranged as if in a jewel case. The integrated under-shelf lighting is an added bonus that enhances the bottles. Last but not least, its connectivity is a major asset for managing and monitoring your wines!
What are the advantages of this connectivity?
There are three major advantages to this range of ageing wine cellars:
- Lighting management. Whether for professionals or private customers, the lighting of the racks is a real highlight. Bottles can be illuminated remotely, without even having to open the cellar door. It's a feature that makes for a stylish, modern wine cellar.
- The wine register. No more need for a paper wine register, you can now take your inventory from your smartphone with the Vinotag ® application. Your wine cellar follows you everywhere.
- Security. The cellar is secured by alerts triggered on your app. If the door isn't closed properly or if a temperature problem is detected, your smartphone alerts you!
Apogée wine cellars
The Apogée range includes nine different models of ageing cellars that reproduce exactly the conservation conditions of a natural cellar: stable temperature, filtration and aeration system, controlled hygrometry, protection against light, anti-vibration system... In the double-zone version, these cellars enable wine lovers to enjoy two temperature zones in a real ageing cellar.
