Passionate about the refrigeration industry, I was in charge of quality control for La Sommelière cellars for 5 years, before becoming assembly workshop manager for a unique cellar, the ECELLAR. From the outset of the project, I was convinced by the concept, and getting involved in this new design chain was an obvious choice, and a real source of motivation to develop my profession.
Involved in our quality control department, I was, and still am, constantly on the lookout for ways to improve and perfect our wine cellars to meet our customers' most demanding needs, because at La Sommelière, we're passionate about what we do, and innovation is our driving force. Working on the Ecellar production line, as head of the assembly workshop, has given me access to a whole new level of demands, where materials and cutting-edge technologies come together.
The brainchild of our product development department and in partnership with R&D specialists in electronic engineering, designers and specialists in wood machining and turning, our connected wine cellars are a unique innovation on the market. They were awarded the "Grand prix de l'innovation d'Or 2022" at the Paris Fair, and are protected by a patent.
To ensure their production, in 2021 we set up a first site, in Saint Saturnin in the Sarthe region of France, where I assemble the cellar's components by hand. In 2023, we're moving the production site to Arnage, in new, dedicated premises. Each Ecellar cellar is meticulously designed, assembled and parameterized in my workshop. It's an exceptional object that concentrates my expertise and that of my team, using noble materials. The group's know-how of excellence is put to work every day to create unique, innovative wine cellars of the highest standards.
