What is SIRHA?
SIRHA is a world-renowned trade show. It brings together manufacturers and distributors who offer and sell the equipment needed for the hotel and restaurant trades. This year, SIRHA takes place in Lyon, Eurexpo, from January 26 to 30, 2019.
SIRHA also features competitions such as :
- the International Catering Cup for the prestigious title of World's Best Reception Caterer,
- or the famous Bocuse d'Or (gastronomy's finest trophy!),
- or the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
La Sommelière for the 1st time at SIRHA 2019
We're honored to be taking part in this global event for the first time, and we invite many of you to come and visit us at stand 7D70, which we'll be sharing with our friends and colleagues from Provintech (bespoke, artisanal wine cellars).
The SIRHA is an opportunity for us to showcase our new products and innovations in the service of wine, and it's the perfect place to demonstrate La Sommelière products that make work and service in the hotel and catering industry easier: wine cellars, wine-by-the-glass dispensers and back bars will all be on display.
What products will La Sommelière be showcasing in Lyon this year?
Among the wine cellars on show, we'll of course be featuring our now-famous E-Cellar, the first connected wine cellar on the market, as well as some of our PRESTIGE cellars, such as the VIP195N, but also smaller models from our service range.
A few words about the E-Cellar La Sommelière
A technological feat never before seen on the wine cellar market, your E-Cellar wine cellar will be connected: thanks to the Vino Tag application and a system of connected racks, it will be possible to intuitively locate each wine and keep track of your bottle reserves in real time. Simply scan a bottle's label with your smartphone's camera, and you'll be offered 2 cellar management options:
- either the user places the bottle wherever he likes, and the application memorizes the chosen location,
- or they can be advised on the most appropriate location.
